Shipping Policy
Shipping: We ship within five (5) business days from receipt of payment of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your item has shipped. All orders ship from South Carolina. If you have not received an email confirming your order has shipped within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@loyalintent.store.
NO FAULT: Loyal Intent, to include its Owners and Employees, are NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address provided by Buyer.
- Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered.
Domestic Shipping Only: At this time Loyal Intent does not offer any international shipping options.
Delivery Options: All orders are shipped using one of the below carriers. The specific carrier selected will be at our discretion. Your confirmation of shipment email will include the selected carrier and the associated tracking number.
- United States Postal Service (USPS) - PREFERRED PROVIDER
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Federal Express (FedEx)
Please note we use USPS for all orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.
