Refund Policy

Returns:  Merchandise returns are accepted for store credit only if Buyer contacts Seller and such return is approved, at Seller discretion, within 14 days of merchandise ship date. If said time period has passed since merchandise ship date or if approved returned items are not received in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed in its original packaging), a store credit will be unavailable.

Return Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Items marked "Final Sale" as well as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, intimates, candles, gift cards, and bodysuits cannot be returned or refunded. Swim is returnable, for a store credit, so long as the hygienic liner is intact along with the tags and the item is unworn and unwashed in its original packaging. To complete your return, your receipt is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email info@loyalintent.store for further details or for any questions concerning merchandise or returns.

Damages and/or Defective Issues:  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us IMMEDIATILY if the item received is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. Defective and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return after ten (10) days of merchandise ship date.

Exchanges:  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item using your issued store credit.

Refunds:  We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return, and to let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded a store credit in the form of a e-gift card.
